Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Warehouse QA Inspector in Eagle Pass, TX to support warehouse operations and perform quality checks for incoming materials, in-process goods, and outbound shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of experience in manufacturing, ability to read/write English, bilingual in English and Spanish, and the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced, industrial setting; schedule is Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely inspections of machines and finished products.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming or suspect material.
• Assist quality team with scrap confirmation.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure correct traceability.
• Complete quality reports hourly.
• Verify specific dimensions and material usage to assist in cost reduction.
• Meet production goals.
• May be responsible to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Comply with OSHA Regulations.
