Job summary

Prime Meats is hiring for the night shift at our distribution center. You will unload, receive, and move products in a cold environment while keeping accurate inventory records.

We offer a signing bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive insurance, 10 paid days off, and opportunities for career growth. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; E-Verify is required to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math and reading.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Some roles require forklift operation up to 35 ft.
• Stand/walk extended periods; lift 80–110 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Unload inbound trailers manually or with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory in the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products in the distribution center, pick locations, and pick/pack/load outbound orders.
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards to management.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments 32°F to -6°F.

5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Sunday through Thursday, with alternating Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.*
• Unload inbound trailers and containers manually or by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products throughout the distribution center, prepare pick locations, and accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer specifications.
• Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any hazards to management.
• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working for extended periods in refrigerated environments ranging from 32°F to -6°F.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reading skills.*
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
• Some positions require operating a forklift to retrieve products stored up to 35 feet high.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently squat and kneel, and lift 80-110 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
