Job summary

ProFast Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Professional at our Harrisburg, PA location. The role involves receiving inventory, fulfilling customer orders, shipping materials, assembling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, manage inventory, and use our inventory system. Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred, with a Monday–Friday day shift and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory is preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely.
• Strong organizational and detailed-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive, professional attitude and good communication.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Professional

We are seeking a Warehouse Professional to join our team at our Harrisburg, PA location! To be successful in this role, a candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy warehouse environment. This position involves receiving inventory, fulfilling customer orders, shipping materials, assembling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Process receiving and order fulfillment transactions in our inventory management system.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Assemble new equipment for customer delivery and document equipment received for repair.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Work collaboratively with branch personnel to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
