Digital Room in Arlington, TX is hiring a Warehouse Production Assistant (Sheeter Operator Assistant) for our plant. The role runs 1st shift 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a pay of $14.00 per hour.

You will assist the operator, inspect quality, stage rolls, and support production efficiency. Candidates should be team-oriented, have basic computer skills, and be able to stand 8 hours, with safety and training certifications provided.

Qualifications

• Must be teamwork oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to operate in a safe and productive manner.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
• Able to stand a minimum of 8 hours and work occasional overtime as requested.
• Capable of obtaining required equipment certifications via company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sheeter Operator in inspecting the machine and checking items produced for proper quality specifications.
• Staging rolls and completed pallets.
• Helping ensure efficiencies, running speeds, and down time are within specified limits.
• Assisting in troubleshooting to enhance production.
• Utilize specialized equipment to load rolls and put up paper once sheeted.
• Learning all paper grades run on this machine.
• Assist in charting all daily production and any problems that may occur.
• Organizing process area to perform basic maintenance as required.
• Placing the recycled scrap in bins.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
