Job summary

Fidelitone in Hawaii (Honolulu) seeks a Warehouse Associate for Mon-Fri 1st shift to support order fulfillment. You will retrieve, move, and stage merchandise using material handling equipment, perform picking and packing, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate data entry in a WMS, and a clean 5S workspace; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by pulling materials needed, light assembly, packing boxes/pallets, and moving orders to the appropriate staging/shipping area using a computer based WMS system.
• Performs labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.
• Efficiently stacks and stores the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Prepares and stages skids for outbound shipments using different carriers.
• Efficiently moves product from staging and/or storage areas into outbound trucks and trailers.
• May unload inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations.
• Removes trash, as directed when product is unwrapped, assembled, etc.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by following Fidelitone 5S Program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $21.00 - $21.50 / hour

Description

This position is responsible for retrieving, moving, and stacking merchandise. Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product using material handling equipment excluding forklifts. Picks and Packs orders throughout the warehouse. Documents and maintains inventory, and ensures production area organization and cleanliness. Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
