Job summary

Keefe Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment. This full-time role involves receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping to clients, with cross-training across distribution departments.

We offer daily pay, weekly pay every Thursday, overtime opportunities, regular raises, and day-one benefits, plus PPE and veteran-friendly employment. 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or on-the-job training possible.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for customer orders as part of Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting and correcting inventory.
• Use WMS systems and devices to deliver orders (mobile scan guns, equipment, tablets).
• Picking/packing orders while in a warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Other duties as needed by the business.
