Job summary

Avalonvi in Austin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including receiving, sorting, organizing inventory, packing orders, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. Training will be provided to cover procedures, safety expectations, and daily responsibilities.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets, check for damage, label items, and help with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting during shifts.
• Willing to learn and work well in a team.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming products and supplies.
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Check items for visible damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate team member.
• Keep inventory and storage areas organized.
• Label and arrange products according to established procedures.
• Help load and unload deliveries when required and within safe handling limits.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
