Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to participate in receiving, storing, picking and shipping within the Distribution Center. You will ensure safety, accuracy and timeliness while delivering extraordinary customer service.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. WMS, SAP, and lean practices are a plus.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school degree.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
• Ability to use material handling equipment: carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, picking and shipping activities at the Distribution Center.
• Ensure safety, accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
• Assist with extraordinary service to customers.
• Process orders with Right Part and Right Quantity.
• Rotate stock using FIFO approach.
• Maintain standardization in data and processes.
