Job summary

HD Supply in Groveport, OH is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. The role involves operating material handling equipment, locating and moving stock, and supporting receiving, staging, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound receiving and putaway processes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as reach, clamp and stand-up forklifts.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English to safely perform warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.
• Locate and deliver products to designated areas using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Assist with staging and loading orders for delivery.
• Verify incoming quantities and quality of stock from vendors or DCs.
• Wrap pallets, build pallets for customer orders, and ensure proper packing list usage.
• Inspect stock for wear and defects; report inventory issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment per safety policies.
• Perform inventory control duties as needed.
