Job summary

UPS in San Marcos, California, is seeking a results‑oriented supervisor to lead, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance in a fast‑paced warehouse. This permanent role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will establish high standards for accuracy, customer service, and efficiency, manage department resources to maximize output, and foster a positive, proactive team culture while ensuring compliance with safety policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; ensures safety policies are followed.
