Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a Planner/Scheduler to review SAP data, ensure customer expectations, and collaborate with warehouse leadership. The role handles special warehouse projects and requires proactive issue resolution with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate demonstrates independent problem solving, strong communication with the warehouse team, and ability to translate general directives into actionable outcomes while supporting seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management practices in a distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WH systems.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
• Monitors warehouse order flow within SAP and communicates to leadership as needed.
• Releases all deliveries, while effectively communicating to leadership team as needed.
• Maintains frequent email and telephone communication with customer service to provide internal/external customers with timely updates from the warehouse.
• Maintains communication with carrier network via email and phone.
• Monitors and closes all manual deliveries including international, will-call, and shipments awaiting confirmation by system.
• Performs daily/hourly review of key SAP transactions and escalates issues as needed.
• Prepares documents in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Engages in warehouse operations including product validation, paperwork verification, and product handling as needed.
