Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking warehouse planners to optimize visual inventory management and drive process improvements. Experience with SAP S4HANA MRP, business judgment, and cross-functional teamwork is preferred.

The role requires analytical and communication skills, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and a readiness to adapt to fast-changing needs in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks.
• 1+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience.
• 1+ years experience using Microsoft Excel, including data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.
• Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor.
• Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies.
• Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
• Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment.
• Continuous improvement to streamline and improve results of stock availability.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management.
• Willing to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.
