Crisp Container in Marion, IL is seeking Utility Operators and Picker/Packers for 1st and 2nd shifts to keep the production line running smoothly. You will operate machinery, pick and pack items with precision, and help maintain inventory accuracy on a fast-paced line.

The role values attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift and move heavy objects, pass a background check and drug screen, and be ready to contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus (but not required!)
