Job summary

Aerotek in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Picker/Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining quality and productivity.

This contract role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $16.50 per hour, and weekly pay. You will work onsite with opportunities for overtime based on workload.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and collaborate with teammates while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking, packing, or shipping preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick sheets, handheld scanners, or WMS.
• Accurately pack products for shipment and prepare orders.
• Verify quantities and inspect items for quality.
• Label, sort, and organize inventory as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
