Job summary

GrowGeneration Corp. is seeking a warehouse associate to support fulfilling customer orders by picking items, packing securely for shipping, and preparing for transport.

This full-time role reports to Distribution Center Management and offers an hourly wage of $18–$19, with benefits and a comprehensive package. The position is posted through 10/15/2026 and requires attention to accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accuracy in picking items and ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Maintaining an organized work area and efficiently managing inventory.
• Collaborating with other warehouse employees to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and other employees.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and responsibly.
• Ability to use a computer system with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving products from shelves based on order lists, verifying quantities and item details.
• Ensuring items are securely packed into boxes or containers to prevent damage during shipping.
• Labelling packages, preparing them for shipping, and potentially assisting with loading trucks.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper organization within the warehouse.
• Inspecting items for damage or defects before packaging and verifying that the correct items are included in the order.
• Utilizing scanners, handheld devices, and other technology to manage orders and track inventory.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries.
• Other duties as assigned.
