The Dixon Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX to handle picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receive and stock products, and maintain organized inventory using handheld scanners and our warehouse management system. This role supports a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during shift.
• Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Flexible and eager to take on new challenges.
• Solid reading and basic math skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive and stock incoming products.
• Replenish inventory and maintain product organization.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
