Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Indiana facility. The role focuses on picking and loading products for outgoing delivery, using forklifts and RF scanners, and moving inventory to designated loading areas.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of warehouse experience, basic math/reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The job requires English proficiency and may involve working at heights with a harness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred; 1 year in production/warehouse is a plus.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to perform calculations with or without a calculator.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Read customer delivery pick orders and determine items to move and where to place them.
• Operate forklift (reach truck, order picker, turret truck, pallet jack, sit-down) to pick and transport items.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves by predetermined sequence.
• Use RF scanner to enter records and update data.
• Stage materials for pickup and load/unload vehicles.
• Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties as assigned.
