Codale Electric Supply in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) to join our team. You will pick, pack and prepare orders, process shipping labels, and coordinate with receiving, inventory, and quality control to ensure accurate stock and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, are able to lift up to 50 lbs, and can use ERP/receiving software. Forklift certification is a plus. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 1:30pm–10:00pm, at our Las Vegas location.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings per customer order, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents while prepping products for transport or pickup.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects, damages or discrepancies and report issues.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations.
• Stock Organization: Maintain the receiving area, keeping it clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods and coordinate with vendors for replacements or credits.
