Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Picking DC to supervise daily order picking, assign tasks, and coach associates in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

The role requires hands-on use of RF scanning and WMS, partnering with supervisors to improve processes while maintaining safety and quality. A customer-centric, execution-focused mindset is essential.
