Job summary

Ole in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on loading and unloading products, keeping accurate counts, and supporting order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, learn the scanner gun and order software, and collaborate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 10–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and scanner is preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product (80%).
• Conduct inventory tasks and drive forklift as needed (15%).
• Break down and build orders; assist drivers weekly inventories.

Job Summary:

Come join a winning team! We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to join our Team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• 80% loading and unloading product – lifting between 10 and 50 pounds at a time
• 5% Inventory control
• 15% drive a forklift and pallet jack.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Break down and build orders
• Load and unload product form and to trucks
• Able to drive forklift and electric stand up pallet jack
• Must learn to use scanner gun and program (wizard)
• Conduct inventories to drivers on a weekly basis both physically and electronically

• Ability to follow OSHA standards of safety and guidelines to ensure compliance
• Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment/exposure to heat, cold and loud noise
