Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is hiring for a Warehouse Pick Pack in the Operations department. The role reports to the Distribution Manager and is classified as hourly.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, with a shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM in Kentucky. You will pick and pack customer orders, relabel and repackage products, and maintain accurate inventory while supporting safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a casual, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willing to work overtime to accommodate business needs.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through and accurate number handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Relabel and repackage products as needed while maintaining quality.
• Support continued improvements in order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Primary Function

Pick and/or pack customer orders accurately/efficiently and relabel and repackage products while consistently striving for improved customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Willing to work overtime to accommodate business needs
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Current basic math and computer skills
• Self-motivated and team oriented; works harmoniously and effectively with others
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through; able to read and type numbers accurately
• The ability to stand for a long period of time; occasionally alternating between sitting and standing; reaching with both arms; frequently using near vision; operate packaging machine and other tools.
