The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with potential for temporary-to-hire. It emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to report to the assigned office/warehouse location during scheduled workdays.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer skills; experience with barcode/RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners and barcode scanning equipment to accurately pick orders.
• Pull and put away materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace.
• Follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Complete additional warehouse and cleanup duties as assigned.
• Organize and maintain inventory, materials, and work areas.

Position: Warehouse Associate - Pick and Pack
Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Hire
Location: Bothell
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Bothell.

Qualified applicants will use an RF scanner to pick orders and assist with material pulling, put-away, and other general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate must be accurate, dependable, safety-minded, and able to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners and barcode scanning equipment to accurately pick orders
• Pull and put away materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
• Follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
• Complete additional warehouse and cleanup duties as assigned
• Organize and maintain inventory, materials, and work areas
• Work independently and safely while also contributing as part of a team
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using electronic devices such as barcode/RF scanners preferred
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Position may require operating motorized equipment such as turret trucks, WAVs, forklifts, or packing machines. On-the-job training and required certifications will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Bend, squat, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects
• Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Lift 20–30 lbs. repetitively
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with the use of appropriate equipment
• Use hands and fingers for repetitive tasks, including operating scanners, computers, keyboards, and calculators
• Read printed materials and computer screens
• Communicate effectively in person and by telephone or radio
• Work with and around a variety of warehouse equipment, parts, and inventory
