Job summary

Derse Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Personnel in the Pittsburgh division (Warrendale area) to support inbound/outbound movements and storage of exhibit components. The role starts early with 6:00 AM shifts and requires flexibility for year-round projects.

You’ll work with warehouse and service teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time project completion. Responsibilities include forklift operation, tool usage, paperwork, and helping with minor service tasks on client properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with power machinery and hand tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound movements of exhibit components and storage placements.
• Operate a straight mast forklift safely and proficiently.
• Use and operate other material handling equipment safely.
• Set up power equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Perform crate inspections before show setups and after returns.
• Prepare required paperwork and keep warehouse organized.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist service personnel with minor service/repairs on client properties.
• Maintain a positive, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn.

As Warehouse Personnel, you'll have the opportunity to assist our construction and service teams.Under the guidance of our Warehouse and Shop leads in the Pittsburgh division, you'll focus on arranging movements of various exhibit components and placing items in proper storage. This position also may be required to assist on various service projects for our client properties. Warehouse Personnel Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound/outbound movements of exhibit components & storage placements.
• Operate a straight mast forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Properly use and operate other material handling equipment safely.
• Utilize and setup necessary power equipment and hand tools.
• Perform crate inspections for set-ups prior to show and upon return.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork and ensure warehouse is neatly organized.
• Utilize Microsoft Office.
• Assist service personnel with minor service / repair work on client properties.
• Maintain a positive, dependable attitude & strong desire to learn and grow.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned to Warehouse Personnel.

Warehouse Personnel Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED and or one to three months of related experience
• Previous experience using power machinery and hand tools required.
• Valid Driver’s License required, Forklift certified is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) preferred.
• Highly organized, flexible and ability to handle various tasks meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
