Job summary

M&H Appliance, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and field operations in Minnesota.

This role handles receiving, processing, organizing inventory, picking/packing orders, and preparing shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, productive, and willing to contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for an eight-hour shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, process, and organize incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and related documentation
• Organize warehouse materials, products, equipment, and supplies
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Clean, inspect, and perform minor maintenance on warehouse and field assets
• Load, unload, and move materials safely
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned
