Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Personalization Operator in Omaha, NE to set up and run personalization equipment to customize products per customer specs. This full-time, day-shift role offers on-site training and a potential performance-based incentive.

You’ll work with CorelDraw, Illustrator, and RIP software, handle merchandise, and ensure accuracy and quality while moving and packing orders. Applicants must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Average reading, counting, and math skills.
• Ability to learn to use CorelDraw, Illustrator, and RIP Software.
• Ability to walk or stand for the duration of the shift and frequently squat, push, bend, and reach overhead.
• Ability to frequently move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally 50 pounds over a distance of several feet.
• Requires good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and attention to detail to identify alpha and numeric characters.

Wages start at $15 per hour for this regular position at our Omaha (108 th & I Street) with full-time, day shift schedules available and the opportunity for performance-based bonus.
