This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, working from electronic systems or order sheets, and using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks. Employees must maintain a clean, safe environment and may work in various weather conditions with shifts that vary based on workload.

Key tasks include loading and unloading trucks, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, along with standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to instructions.
• Mark load tickets and wrap pallets upon completion.
• Stage and load pallets into trucks, complete paperwork, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience, including operating forklifts and working with racking systems.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
