This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, loading and unloading trucks using electronic systems or sheets, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may require working in various weather conditions and across different shifts based on workload.

Specific tasks involve moving pallets with forklifts or electronic pallet jacks, loading raw materials, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets, and handling returned products and pallets. The job requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, with constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

1. Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets/load according to instructions
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items
3. Wrap pallets and stage/load into trucks
4. Complete paperwork and ensure proper documentation
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
6. Ensure reliable attendance

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years or older

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience (order picking, using pallet jacks, etc.)
• Forklift operation skills
• Experience with racking systems and stacking
• Teamwork experience
