Warehouse Loader - $27.75/hour

Position Overview: This labor-intensive role involves hand building pallets for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and safety. Employees will work with electronic systems and equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining a clean and safe environment. The work involves physical tasks such as lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and ensure proper documentation.
3. Wrap completed pallets and stage or load them into trucks.
4. Complete paperwork and verify orders before loading.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
6. Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse experience, including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating powered equipment.
• Experience with racking systems and team collaboration.
