Job summary

Blanchard Equipment Company, Inc. seeks a Parts Clerk to support receiving, stocking, and selling parts for efficient dealership operations. You will stock parts in assigned locations, assist with showroom displays, and verify shipments against orders.

The role requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs, basic data entry, and teamwork. A high school diploma or GED is required; forklift license is preferred. This is an on-site position in Georgia.

• Verify receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments.
• Monitor shortages and expedite processing by reporting to Parts Manager.
• Keep parts department clean and orderly.
• May supply service technicians with parts as required.

• Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
• Assists the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory
• Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments
• Monitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• May supply service technicians with parts as required

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
