Responsibilities

• Process on-demand and scheduled orders, and time-sensitive requests.
• Monitor outstanding or partial POs and follow up with vendors and teams.
• Itemize purchase orders for tracking and clarity.
• Proactively obtain missing part numbers and update leadership.
• Review daily inventory and restock Hoffmann consumables.
• Maintain kanban inventory levels and receive materials correctly.
