Allegiance Staffing seeks Warehouse Associate / Packer for our client in Asheboro, NC. This temp-to-hire role offers $16.25 per hour, 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and immediate openings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background and drug screenings.
• Lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Rotate 12-hour schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect molded parts to meet quality standards.
• Package finished products per control plan specs.
• Perform secondary operations: removing, trimming, decorating, assembly.
• Complete and document in-process quality inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety policies and production procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
