Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Packer in Etowah, TN. The role involves picking products, packing boxes, and stacking them accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training will occur on the day shift, with a rotating schedule that includes 7 AM–7 PM days and 7 PM–7 AM nights.

Partial shifts require standing all day, working in hot outdoor conditions, and participation in ongoing EHS, quality, and SOP training to uphold quality standards within the system.

Warehouse Packer

Location: Etowah, TN

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 2 days on (7 AM‑7 PM) followed by 2 days off; 3 nights on (7 PM‑7 AM) followed by 3 days off. Must be able to work both day and night shifts. Training will take place on the day shift.

About the Role

Job Duties

• Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Stand on feet all day in a hot environment or outside weather conditions.
• Efficiently operate and/or learn assigned area of the plant.
• Accountable for housekeeping in assigned area.
• Perform minor maintenance in the area of responsibility.
• Participate in regular training for EHS, Quality, and SOP updates.
• Maintain high quality and operate within the scope of the quality management system.
• Pick products, pack boxes, and stack them up correctly.
• Double‑check accuracy. Keep it tight and moving.
• Stay active; this is a hands‑on gig.
• Be part of a warehouse team that runs like a machine.
