We are currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Packer. This full-time role is essential in ensuring that our furniture products are securely packaged and ready for shipment to customers. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial part in our logistics and distribution process, handling a variety of physical tasks that support our company's mission to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.

As a Warehouse Packer, your primary responsibility will be to prepare furniture items for shipping by carefully packing them into corrugated boxes. This role requires the ability to assemble boxes from flat stacks using clinching tools or tape, ensuring that all packaging materials are used effectively to protect the furniture during transit. You will place protective bags around each item, close and secure the boxes, and move them onto a conveyor system. Once on the conveyor, you will operate a strapping machine to securely fasten the boxes and affix identifying labels. In addition, loading packed boxes onto trucks for delivery is a key component of this job. The position requires consistent heavy lifting, with a minimum capability of lifting 50 lbs to perform daily tasks safely and efficiently.

This workload necessitates excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain productivity throughout the day. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, providing a predictable and stable schedule for those seeking full-time employment. Maintaining good attendance is critical, as the reliability of our packing team directly impacts our ability to meet shipping deadlines and customer expectations.

Joining our team as a Warehouse Packer offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment while developing valuable skills in logistics, warehouse operations, and teamwork. We value individuals who are dependable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a setting that requires both speed and precision. The role provides a competitive starting pay and the possibility for career growth within our warehouse and distribution operations.
