Job summary

OnTrac in Reno, NV is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages. You will train new hires and work with Area and Operations Managers to meet metrics and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading, unloading, and sorting of packages.
• Train and mentor package handlers; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor safety and enforce protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Coordinate with Area and Operations Managers to meet metrics.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and ensure documentation accuracy.
