Job summary

OnTrac in Romeoville, IL is hiring Package Handlers to join a fast-paced logistics team. Earn $18.90 per hour, plus an extra $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun). Shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, with early morning hours and End of Sort duties.

Pay: $18.90/hr - Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift for weekend work, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)!

Shift: (2 Options)

Sunday – Wednesday

Thursday - Saturday

Shift times: 4:00AM – 8:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
