Job summary

OnTrac in Gary, Indiana is hiring Package Handlers to join our warehouse operations. Shifts start early with 3:30 AM - 7:00 AM or End of Sort, and we require 7-day availability. Compensation is $18.00 per hour.

You will unload trailers, sort by zip codes, and load trucks, contributing to a safe, efficient team environment. Eligible benefits include a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and premium holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a warehouse.
• Able to lift, push, pull and move items up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments in the warehouse.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 7 Day availability Shift times: 3:30 AM - 7:00 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
