OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in New Jersey. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load delivery trucks while following strict safety and quality standards.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds, with compensation of $18.00 per hour. The position supports a dynamic, evolving operations team and offers benefits such as 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shifts

• Thursday through Monday 12:00 AM - 6:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
