Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in Milpitas, CA to support our warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and assist with loading deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

We offer weekly pay, a 401(k) with company match, and a referral bonus program. Candidates must be 18+ with basic English proficiency and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Equality in opportunity is our standard.

Pay: $18.50/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts

• Sunday - Thursday 4:30AM - 9AM
• Tuesday - Saturday 4:30AM - 9AM
• Friday - Monday 4:30AM - 9AM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
