Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Reno, NV. The position pays $19.50/hour with weekly pay and an extra $1/hr on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Shifts run mornings across multiple rotating schedules to cover operations and ensure timely delivery.

As part of the package handling team, you will unload trailers, sort by ZIP code, and load trucks while adhering to safety protocols. A welcoming, collaborative environment supports growth and stability.

Pay:

$19.50/hour (WEEKLY Pay); Make an Extra $1/hr on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays!

Shifts:

• Sunday - Thursday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day on a Friday if needed).
• Monday - Friday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day if needed).
• Tuesday - Saturday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day if needed).
• Friday - Tuesday 7AM-10AM [with a rotating 6th day (Wed or Thurs) once every 2 weeks].
• Saturday - Wednesday 7AM - 10AM.

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
