Job summary

OnTrac in Reno, NV is seeking a Package Handler to support shipping operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires being on your feet, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and basic English. Shifts include early morning hours with rotating days; pay starts at $18/hr with $20/hr on Sundays, and weekly pay.

Pay:

$18/hour; we pay $20/hr on Sundays!(WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts:

• Sunday - Thursday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day on a Friday if needed).
• Monday - Friday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day on needed).
• Tuesday - Saturday 7AM – 10AM (with a rotating 6th day if needed).
• Friday - Tuesday 7AM-10AM [with a rotating 6th day (Wed or Thurs) once every 2 weeks].

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
