Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in California. Responsibilities include unloading trailers and sorting packages by zip codes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We value teamwork and safety, and offer performance-based alignment with business needs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have basic English proficiency to understand safety and instructions.

Package Handlers – OnTrac

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
