Job summary

Liquor Stores USA North Inc in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Warehouse Orders Associate to process and build customer orders. You will provide friendly, efficient service via mail, fax, and email while ensuring orders are accurate and ready for POS fulfillment.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, labeling and packaging for shipping, loading/unloading goods, and performing general duties like filing, cleaning, and mail distribution. Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in retail (preferred, not required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• TAP/TIPS/Serving Certificate.
• Training in wine/ beer/spirits environment (preferred, not required).
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via mail, fax, and email.
• Process and fill orders so they are POS-ready.
• Complete customer transactions on the POS device.
• Label packages with customer information, ready for shipping.
• Load, unload, and move products by hand or with basic handling equipment.
• Mail Room: Receive and distribute mail as required for internal delivery.
• Maintain accurate filing and appropriate records as regulated.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
