Job summary

Gold Star Foods is seeking an Order Selector to join our Warehouse team. You will accurately and efficiently pick customer orders, operate an electric pallet jack, and palletize products using headset-directed Voice Pick technology.

This role requires working in freezer, cooler, and dry environments, standing 8–12 hours daily, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Overtime may be required to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred).
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred).

Position Overview

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

Principle Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

Required Skills

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
• Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
• Work overtime as required.
• Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15 - 55 pounds.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)
