Job summary

Sysco immediately hires Warehouse Order Selectors to join our local Selma, NC facility. You will be a critical part of the foodservice supply chain, picking orders for delivery to restaurants and other venues in the community.

This is a physically demanding role requiring operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, stacking and organizing product, and working in temperature-controlled areas. Overtime is available and growth opportunities are highlighted in our comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Frequent lifting of 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent reach up to 72 inches.
• Work in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer).
• Stand 10-12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for delivery to local foodservice venues.
• Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Organize and palletize product to build customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
