The role requires basic math and reading skills, with shifts starting at 5pm (night) or 7am (day) and wage starting at $16.25–$17.50 per hour, with opportunities for increases within the first 90 days and subsequently over the next 18 months.

• Select and pack customer orders using a picklist and scanner
• Label boxes with order labels and ensure correct product and damage-free items
• Repack in assigned areas and may float to others as needed
• Lift regularly (10–50 lb) during shifts
