Job summary

FreshPoint Pittsburgh, A Sysco Company is seeking candidates for immediate openings in a fast-paced distribution role. The selector will pull orders on an electric pallet jack, organize product by assignment, and load on the designated route with a team of drivers.

The position requires the ability to work in a cooler environment, with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional 80 lbs, and a five-day work week Sun-Sat with varying hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

• Prefer High School or GED.

Experience

• Preferred 1-year related experience.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

Professional Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods in a cooler environment.

Physical Demand

• Frequent lifting of a product up to 50 lbs. during the shift, infrequent lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to climb on and off powered industrial equipment.
• Regularly bend, squat, push, and pull.
  

Work Environment

• Must be able to work in confined spaces
