Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to pick cases and other containers, wrap and stage orders, and move goods to shipping with a pallet jack or forklift.

You will operate in multi-temperature environments, follow safety policies, and maintain productivity. The shift is Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM start, with a base hourly rate of $21.66 plus a $0.25 differential after 7 PM. Benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly for long periods.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, prepare supplies and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move through multi-level racks to fulfill orders.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock; wrap and label as needed.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
