Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is hiring an Order Selector in California. You will accurately pick products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers as needed.

Training is provided for stock picker experience, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. This position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Bunzl’s North American network of warehouses.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operation.
• 1 year experience on a stock picker is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
• Ensure all picked items match order requirements (quantity, quality).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for a safe and efficient warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
