Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Columbus, OH to accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products in a fast-paced warehouse. You will contribute to inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety by performing duties across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

The role requires basic warehouse equipment experience, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months electric pallet jack operation experience and/or experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must be able to get NFI certified on electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Performs pre-operation inspections for equipment.
• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
• Moves product to designated storage areas using material handling equipment and stores merchandise.
• Picks orders, assembles merchandise for shipment, and completes shipment confirmations.
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation.
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
