Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker in Victoria, TX to select cases and other containers from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are loaded on pallets and moved to the shipping dock using a pallet jack/forklift, ensuring safety and quality standards while sustaining efficient workflow.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during the shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to become EPJ certified during new-hire training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company guidelines; keep work area safe and report hazards.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift; ensure PPE is worn.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on the pallet jack and move along multi-level racks to locate items.
• Accurately pick items from shelves and load onto pallets as directed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging; may shrink-wrap as needed.
• Operate battery charging and vehicle inspection routines; secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
